| Great site. Although when i signed pu I was on a waiting list, it was worth the wait. I was immediately compensated for signing up when I received the package of becoming a member. It's so easy to get points, all you have to do is scan your purchases. They also have tons of sweepstakes, which makes this place so great. The surveys aren't very frequent, but you get bonus points for completing them. Definitely a great place to sign up for |

| If you enjoy shopping and monitoring the prices you pay for everyday items, this is a good panel to apply for. We have been doing the Homescan now for a couple months and have really been amazed at how much we have been spending and on what specific items. THe device is easy to operate and transmit the data. We look forward to using the points earned for some gifts in their catalog. I would highly recommend this panel. |

| This site is hard to rate for surveys, because that is NOT the primary function. When you become a qualified member of Homescan, you are sent a portable scanner to use to keep track of your weekly purchases of all consumer goods, which you then transmit via your computer at the end of each week. You receive points to your account each week you transmit and bonus points when you transmit 4 times in a month and your points earned for each transmission increases the longer you are a member. The points are redeemable for wonderful prizes from their catalog or online store. You also get points for surveys that are occasionally sent to your email, through snail mail or that pop up when you transmit. They send you a newsletter by mail each month which tells you of your point total as well as interesting news and hints. It takes a while to acquire points enough to redeem and a bit of a commitment on one's part to scan and transmit, but is well worth it for the awards one can possibly earn! In addition you are entered into daily, weekly, monthly, by-montly and yearly sweeps that are really great prizes. When you need help, it is readily and politely handled with the 800# or by sending an email. All in all, this has been a wonderful experience and has helped me to be more aware of my purchases and how I spend my money, so that is an extra bonus. I would give them an EXCELLENT rating and would not hesitate to recommend the site to anyone. |
