Focus groups are informal, roundtable-style gatherings at which participants share their opinions about products or services. People who attend receive a cash honorarium, usually $50 to $100, for their time and input. Since the early 1980s, Consumer Research Associates (CRA) has organized focus groups involving tens of thousands of people. These research sessions have been conducted on behalf of virtually every kind of company and organization. We are currently recruiting participants only from the San Francisco and Dallas areas. If you live in either of these areas, you can choose the Consumer Profile Form or the Business Profile Form for your area.
